Refund and Return Policy for Wearable Dildo
If you need to request a refund or return your wearable dildo order, please contact us promptly at support@strapondildo.com or reach out to our customer service agent on the website. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. When you receive your package, please inspect the items immediately to ensure they are in proper working condition. We will only offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please return the wearable dildo in its original packaging within 30 days to our warehouse. Therefore, please keep all packaging materials intact. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@strapondildo.com.
Important Notice:
Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is no longer in its original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if the plastic bag or seal has been opened, unless the product is defective or broken upon unpacking.

We strictly control the manufacturing process of our wearable dildos and conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the product to ensure it is in perfect condition. If you find any quality issues caused by non-human factors (such as breakage or defects), please take clear photos, do not use the product, and contact us at support@strapondildo.com within 14 days of receipt. Once the quality issue is confirmed, we will offer a full refund or replacement for the defective wearable dildo.
Damages & Warranty
Refunds are only provided for products damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours, including detailed descriptions, photos, or videos at support@strapondildo.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. It is very important to inspect the product before use.
Products damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return or exchange. Please use and store your wearable dildo responsibly to avoid damage. We welcome feedback to help improve our products and prevent future issues.
Order Cancellations
We generally process orders within 12 hours of receiving payment. To cancel your order, contact support@strapondildo.com as soon as possible for an immediate refund. If your order has already shipped, refunds will be issued after the returned item is received.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is processed, the amount will be credited back to your payment method within 24 hours. If you experience any delays, please contact support@strapondildo.com for assistance.
Cancellation Fees

Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase incur a 5% transaction fee (charged by PayPal or your bank; we do not charge a cancellation fee).

Cancellations between 12-24 hours incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as it will be printed exactly on your shipping label. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 60% processing fee plus shipping costs.
